The vast majority of our roofs and solar systems never require a service call, but if you experience a leak, storm damage or some other malfunction, you can depend on PetersenDean to honor your warranty.

New Home Roof Warranties

On newly constructed homes, all PetersenDean roofs come with a standard two-year warranty that covers the leaks or maintenance issues that may arise. You can extend this warranty for one year at no cost by registering your warranty online at our Online Warranty Registration. You can also elect to purchase an extended warranty at this site.

Re-Roof Warranties

Your new roof is covered by the warranty you received at the time of installation. If you have questions or need service, you can contact us online through our Customer Service Center, or call us toll-free at 800-564-0362.

Solar Warranties

Your solar installation is backed by a 10-year PetersenDean warranty as well as by individual manufacturers' warranties on the products installed. Solar panels typically carry 20- to 25-year manufacturers' warranties.
