Today I observed your crew performing hot mop operations on a four story building at our Dublin Ranch Villa's project. The crew not only followed, but exceeded safety expectations for Toll Brothers construction operations. The crew on the roof was tied off to a universal anchor with harness and lanyard. The hopper operator had a fully charged fire extinguisher within 10 feet of the burner and was wearing a full face shield to protect against splash.

It is such a pleasure to witness safe work practices from our contractors and not have to constantly remind them to correct safety infractions.
